The Atelier
Restraint, precisionand purpose
OT Haute Couture is a Los Angeles atelier devoted to bespoke bridal and evening gowns — every piece designed and constructed by hand, in limited quantities.

Founder & Designer
OkoTilyeukhan
Oko Tilyeukhan is the founder and creative force behind OT Couture Inc.. Her design sensibility took shape in childhood — an early fascination with fabric and form — and was later refined in prestigious Los Angeles design studios serving high-profile clientele.
Her philosophy is simple: a gown should be more than beautiful. It should be a reflection of the woman wearing it. Every commission is handcrafted individually for its wearer using traditional luxury techniques, so no two pieces are ever identical.
The atelier sits at the intersection of couture craftsmanship and timeless bridal elegance — offering bespoke bridal and evening gowns, a limited ready-to-wear line, and couture-level alterations.
“Created with restraint, precision, and purpose.”

The Couture Process
Made once,for you alone
From the first conversation to the final press, every gown moves through four acts — each one unhurried, precise, and yours alone.
- 01
Private Consultation
Every commission begins with a private consultation at the atelier — a conversation about you, your occasion, and the silhouette you envision.
- 02
Design & Fabric
Oko presents a design proposal and curated fabrics — Italian tulles, silk satins, hand-beaded laces — refined together until every line feels inevitable.
- 03
Construction & Fittings
Your gown is cut and constructed by hand, shaped to your body through a series of precise fittings at the Los Angeles atelier.
- 04
Final Delivery
The finished piece is delivered with styling guidance, pressed and ready for its moment — a gown made once, for you alone.
