Oko Tilyeukhan is the founder and creative force behind OT Couture Inc., a Los Angeles-based atelier devoted to bespoke bridal and evening gowns defined by timeless femininity and quiet grandeur. Her passion for design began in childhood, immersed in textile creation and garment construction, a foundation that would shape a lifelong dedication to craft. She later honed her expertise within leading couture ateliers in Los Angeles, dressing red-carpet clientele and mastering the exacting techniques that define true luxury.
Oko believes that what a woman wears is more than a garment. It is an expression of identity and self-respect. Her aesthetic marries tradition with the modern woman: sculpted silhouettes, feminine lines, and an uncompromising commitment to detail.
From the first private consultation to the final fitting, every gown is designed and constructed exclusively for its wearer, engineered not only for beauty, but for presence, longevity, and moments that live far beyond the occasion itself.
