Every commission begins with a private consultation at the atelier — a conversation about you, your occasion, and the silhouette you envision.

Oko presents a design proposal and curated fabrics — Italian tulles, silk satins, hand-beaded laces — refined together until every line feels inevitable.

Construction & Fittings
Your gown is cut and constructed by hand, shaped to your body through a series of precise fittings at the Los Angeles atelier.

Final Delivery
The finished piece is delivered with styling guidance, pressed and ready for its moment — a gown made once, for you alone.
About the Designer
Oko
Oko Tilyeukhan is the founder and creative force behind OT Couture Inc., a Los Angeles-based atelier devoted to bespoke bridal and evening gowns defined by timeless femininity and quiet grandeur. Her passion for design began in childhood, immersed in textile creation and garment construction — a foundation that would shape a lifelong dedication to craft. She later honed her expertise within leading couture ateliers in Los Angeles, dressing red-carpet clientele and mastering the exacting techniques that define true luxury.
Oko believes that what a woman wears is more than a garment. It is an expression of identity and self-respect. Her aesthetic marries tradition with the modern woman: sculpted silhouettes, feminine lines, and an uncompromising commitment to detail.
From the first private consultation to the final fitting, every gown is designed and constructed exclusively for its wearer — engineered not only for beauty, but for presence, longevity, and moments that live far beyond the occasion itself.

OT Haute Couture is a Los Angeles atelier for bespoke wedding dresses and custom evening gowns, each designed by Oko Tilyeukhan and handcrafted to your measurements in limited quantities. From hand-beaded corsetry to Italian honeycomb tulle, every technique is executed the couture way — by hand, refined through private fittings.
